It is a wonderful country, now one of my favorite travels and I highly recommend the all to visit it and travel through so much as possible. Take your time, don't have hurry, don't try to see the whole Jordan in one day as I heard that many do it, in one day only they think they can do Amman and Petra, Wadi Rum and even Aqaba. It is impossible and they can not see anything, not enjoy this rush either. There everywhere is so much to see, so much to learn. I have been there 2 x 2 weeks and still have so much to discover there.
The blue line shows my route the first time I have been in Jordan. The green one shows the route I did when I have been there second time. And the brown shows my shorter trips around when I have been mostly in Wadi Rum.
